Tailoring & Alterations: We take great care in altering garments to customer specifications; however, The Tailor of Calvert is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing fabric conditions, manufacturer defects, or improper care after alterations.
Fitting & Adjustments: While we aim for precision, additional adjustments may be required, and we do not guarantee a perfect fit on the first attempt. Any further alterations may incur additional charges.
Shipping & Online Alterations: For online alteration services, The Tailor of Calvert is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once garments have been handed over to shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Clients are responsible for tracking their shipments.
